Industrial waste treatment scheme

It is inevitable that our daily life will produce some garbage, and garbage can be classified into domestic garbage and industrial garbage. Industrial waste pollutes the environment more than domestic waste. Industrial waste refers to the solid waste discharged in the production process of machinery, light industry and other industries. Such as cutting chips, grinding chips, waste molding sand, etc. in the machinery industry, activated carbon slag in the food industry, bricks, tiles, gravel, and concrete fragments in the silicate industry and construction industry. So, how to deal with industrial waste? Now let's have a look.

1、 Classified stacking

For the treatment of industrial waste, the industrial waste is generally classified and stacked first, part of which is recycled, part of which is buried and burned.

Classification of industrial waste:

1. Food waste: refers to the waste generated by people in the process of buying, selling, storing, processing and eating various foods. This kind of garbage is highly corrosive, decomposes quickly, and emits odor. Ordinary garbage: including waste paper products, waste plastics, rags and various textiles, waste rubber, broken leather products, waste wood and wood products, broken glass, waste metal products and dust.

2. Ordinary garbage and food garbage are the main recyclable objects of urban garbage.

3. Construction waste: including soil, stones, concrete blocks, broken bricks, waste wood, waste pipes, electrical waste, etc. This kind of waste is generally treated by the construction unit itself, but a considerable amount of construction waste also enters the urban waste. Garbage cleaning: including waste in public dustbins, cleaning materials in public places, waste after pavement damage, etc.

4. Hazardous waste: including dry batteries, fluorescent tubes, thermometers and other chemical and biological hazardous materials, flammable and explosive materials, and waste containing radioactive substances. Generally, such waste cannot be mixed with ordinary waste.

2、 Composting method

Waste can be composted to make it become organic fertilizer. However, this kind of waste fertilizer has low fertilizer efficiency, limited sales and little room for development. 3、 Landfill has less investment and large disposal capacity; Technical requirements are not high. However, it covers a large area and has great potential to cause pollution. In developed countries such as the United States, there have been incidents of pollution caused by landfill decades later.
